Noel's Definitive Answer About Monthly Content

He posted this elsewhere, but it will probably get lost in the noise so I thought it was worth breaking out separately. I probably contributed to the confusion because the process wasn't entirely clear to me, either.

"There seems to be a lot of confusion about monthly content.

"As long as you continue to be an active member you will continue to have access to any monthly content.

"Fixes or changes to the application that show up on a monthly basis are always cumulative - i.e. they will continue in future versions. However any monthly only premium content will not be offered to NEW customers going forward.

"If you are on monthly plan and keep your membership active through consecutive months then any premium content will continue to be available to you in future months. This also applies to annual customers obviously since they have fully paid for the membership upfront.

"If you stop your monthly membership before completing a consecutive 12 month period you will lose access to that content and SONAR will switch to demo mode.

"Once the 12 month period is paid for all the content will continue to be available to you permanently via your account since you now own it. Hope this clarifies any concerns."
