Normalized Solo
Along the lines of the Dim Solo, does anyone think there's value in a switchable setting the normalizes the soloed signals in real time? As I see it, if I want to dig in and give a close listen to a very light signal, I can solo it, then adjust either the track volume (messing with my mix) or the master or output volumes which bring their own issues.
In any case, it seems like the frequent (for me) task would be greatly simplified if I could switch my solo button function to automatically normalize soloed levels when I hit the S. Anyone else?
