I am sure this question has been asked a hundred times but I am sooo frustrated... It says I havent selected MIDI outputs, when I click choose outputs there is nothing there, what do I do?

To answer your other question - yes this program is the most basic Cakewalk now offers. Once you get it going you should do fine IF you have the right equipment.

What are your specs - computer, OS, soundcard, etc.?

Your sound card may not be capable. To find out -
run Wave Profiler Options - Audio General Tab - click Wave profiler.

I will also bump our tutorials and Robomusics startup guide to the top of the forum.
