Not finding melodyne when click on region fx tab

Hi,
 
I just installed melodyne finally on my computer
and got an update to melodyne 4 but it is
not opening in Sonar for an audio clip.
 
Any ideas for this I appreciate it thank you.

    Is the Melodyne VST3 plug-in available? If not, it must be installed, scanned and available as a plug-in in order to show up as a Region FX.

    thank you , i found the vst2 and vst3 folders under ProgramFiles/common files/vst2 etc.
     
    After restarting the computer, melodyne now shows up as a region fx,
