Not snapping to grid?

Not snapping to grid?

I added an audio groove clip to an audio track. (X1) I go to the snap tool bar, set it to snap to measures, and turn on snap. And then stretch the groove clip to 4 measures, but it is not snapping; it is allowing me to stretch it anywhere. Is there something I'm forgetting? Thanks. PS:I turned "magnetic" off, and "snap to" rather than "snap by," doesn't help.

    Nevermind, it seems to be working now. I have no idea what I was doing wrong.
