Notebook?

When I write/record music I sometimes just playback the tune to look for things I don`t like or just want to change. And sometimes new ideas with the current project just hits me, but I`m in the middle of doing something else, and I can`t act on the new idea yet. For this I have a notebook beside me at all time when I`m in the studio so I can remember these things before they fall out of my head. I also use this as a kind of checklist.

What I would like is something as simple as a "notebook" integrated that I can call up exclusively for each project so I can write down memos and ideas for myself and to keep track of what I`ve already done. A little square beside each of the notes so I can hook out what I`ve already done would also be great.

Examples from my notebook:

* Find a piano sound that works in the background with the electric guitar
* Add cowbell
* Sing second verse with more power at the start
* What drum library I use for this song
* Sidechain kickdrum to bass
And so on...

It`s probably just me that work this way, but at least I`d thought I`d mention it :)

Thanks for your time.

    You could try using the project info window for that.
