    Good start Bill, I like the chord changes at 1.00, starting to get quite 'proggy' there. I might respectfully suggest not using *that* descending guitar arpeggio at 0:11, you know, the one that sounds like 'More Than A Feeling' and many other songs I say that, because I'm always doing it too
