I love track templates but when you really put in perspective what they do, it makes little sense. I begin a project, I insert a track template with the bare essentials (maybe 1 FX, nothing else). Then when ready for mixing, how am I supposed to use those already established track templates ? I cant, alternatively I am forced to: - Load a new track template (one with my mix down presets) - Then drag over the old content to the newly created track template ? Or, I am forced to create a bunch of FX chains and extract them use what I need. or use presets. Here's the thing, Pro channel presets are almost the same exact thing im looking for. Except PC presets don't save the FX bin settings (only PC module settings) So im guessing the extra code cant be that difficult to implement and it would be a great addition.

With the ability to stack them, I need to make up for a significant shortfall.

bz2838 Chord track??
This is how I do it...
I also use this method, but it's not nearly as effective as the chord track in Cubase, which automatically plays a note that is in the chord, in both midi and audio. This feature is about the only thing I use Cubase for, I then export my track in import it into Splat. It works with all chords, major, minor, etc.........Sure would be handy for a lot of limited keyboards, such as myself, if we had this feature in Splat. Put in a feature request last year, hope it happens!
