Now time scrooling out of track view

I am working in a zoomed track view and when I run the transport the now time runs out of the zoomed area rather than a zoomed region following the now time. I know there is a way to change this behavior - can't remember how! Anyone else know?

Hi. You should be able to get the transport to follow project again by clicking on an empty area.
    All the best.

Thanks, that didn't work but .. I remembered it was because the Scroll lock was accidentally depressed.  Happened to me before and might be something specific to my Lenovo computer.

Been there, done that The Scroll Lock key pauses the screen, IIRC.
    All the best.
