Bapu, he'll need some practice corpses first.  After all, he wouldn't want to mess that one up.

Mooch, I recommend finding a workspace with a large stone structure surrounded by lots of land.  A castle would be ideal.  You might want to find one located near a village so you'll have a supply of bodies.  There's a lot of heavy lifting and high voltage electricity involved, so you'll want to find a broad shouldered assistant.  It would probably be best to select a location in the mountains where there are frequent electrical storms.  I hear Transylvania is nice this time of year.  You'll want to select only the best parts of each corpse.  You can stitch them together or just use duct tape.  It may be easier to work with an oversized frame, so select a really big corpse from the outset.  You'll want your creature to have an exceptional brain, so be selective.  Mr. Normal was very smart.  You might try his.  I think his first name was Abner.  We all called him, "Abby" for short.

When you get there, you might want to make sure the local Walmart carries a large quantity of key components in stock.  You know, the basics: Pitchforks, Torches, etc.  You won't need those yourself, but I'm sure you'd want to know that the villagers are well stocked.

Sell all your possessions. Give them to the poor. Live in poverty. A world of new challenges will arise.

This is why bapu is standing up in the wedding. He sees the root of all my problems. That's why I like to call him "captain obvious"

Found El Dorado yet?  No, not the car/truck thing that can't figure out it's own identity.

You may want to get that done so you can check it off your list.
