Nugen MasterCheck vs MasterCheck Pro

Has anyone who has MasterCheck upgraded to the Pro version?
 
I have MasterCheck v1.2.0.3 and the screen says 'MasterCheck Pro'.
The codec panel which is supposed to be a Pro feature is present and appears to work.
Just wondering if there is any real difference.
