Nugen Plug-Ins crashing Sonar X3e
Just a Test For Echo; I'm experiencing Sonar crashes when closing Nugen Audio MonoFilter4 64Bit VST3 plug-ins, especially during playback. I haven't tested other versions, since they are not installed. Anyone else use Nugen plugs with the same result?
Brian Sonar Platinum, Steinberg Wavelab Pro 9, MOTU 24CoreIO w/ low-slew OP-AMP mods and BLA external clock, True P8, Audient ASP008, API 512c, Chandler Germ500, Summit 2ba-221, GAP Pre-73, Peluso 22251, Peluso 2247LE, Mackie HR824, Polk Audio SRS-SDA 2.3tl w/upgraded Soniccraft crossovers and Goertz cables, powered by Pass-X350. All wiring Star-Quad XLR or Monster Cable. Power by Monster Power Signature AVS2000 voltage stabilizer and Signature Pro Power 5100 PowerCenter on a 20A isolation shielded circuit.

I do not have that plugin - but I HAVE had issues with trying to LOAD a couple of Arturia's VST 3 plugins from their V Collection.
I only mention that because their VST 2 versions have no problems whatsoever, but something seems amiss with certain VST 3 plugins, so maybe this is one of those suffering from some small glitch in trying to work in Sonar X3.
I wish I had more and better information for you - it's all I got for you. :)

I would use the VST2.4 version until this is fixed.

I would use the VST2.4 version until this is fixed.
Good point. I don't have a problem doing that, but wanted to see if I was the only one. thx

hi all i have Nugen Audio Visualizer with nvidia compatibilty problem. i had open a support ticket and the support staff replay very quickly. Nvidia problems confirmed and will be fix it in next release. can you try to see if when sonar crash is related to an nvidia .dll? Hope this help Best

hi all i have Nugen Audio Visualizer with nvidia compatibilty problem.
i had open a support ticket and the support staff replay very quickly.
Nvidia problems confirmed and will be fix it in next release.
can you try to see if when sonar crash is related to an nvidia .dll?

I couldn't tell if it was an nVidia issue, since I don't have a reference, such as ATi to compare against, but I did find that the VST2.4 version worked fine.
