Nvidia drivers and Windows 10

I few weeks ago I read in this forum that nVidia would only support down to their 600 series chipset with Windows 10 compatible drivers. I have an ASUS GeForce 210 EN210 SILENT graphic card which is perfect for a DAW and thought that I'll have to replace it. Thankfully nVidia has released support for this card as it is still being sold. The link below is an updated page of GeForce Windows 10 Driver and supported chipsets.

Yes, they've been pretty awesome at providing updated drivers. Now if they could work to somehow make the driver not be the highest DPC time in the stack (456us in latencymon ) I'd be grateful.

Yup if you have just installed windows 10 and nvidia graphics card, first thing you should do is check nvidia website for latest update. Do not rely on windows update. Same goes for network adapters (be careful though not to install an older version)... Cheers..

Those numbers come from the later drivers at the NVIDIA website, but thanks anyway. Btw, I appreciate all you do to help folks with these issues, you seem knowledgeable and most importantly, willing to step up. Thanks!

I don't see those settings in the NVidia control panel, where can they be found? I have power management turned off in power options.

Edit: Never mind, I found the setting and applied it. Thanks for the pointer!

first thing you should do if you have just installed windows 10 and nvidia graphics card, is check nvidia website for latest updates. Windows 10 users normally face various issues related to the working of NVIDIA graphic drivers. Upgrading the system to Windows 10 may sometimes cause display issues.
    Thanks
