"O Little Town of Bethlehem" jazz rendition
Hi All I have been super busy. I am directing a Christmas musical in my church. From creating the script, coming up with musical arrangement, recruiting, directing the actors, directing the band, AV, light shows, facilities and so on. So sorry for not being around lately. But here is one of song arragement. It is meant to sung by our children choir during the program. I sung it as a demo for them, but I hope this puts y'all in a cheerful holiday mood. I know it is early but in case I drop dead due to the stress, Merry Christmas to you all! ;) BTW, comments are very appreciated. http://soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=11216900

Hi Vicente. A little rigid but honestly somehow it adds to the charm of the song. Something a little different by way of electric guitar tone for you. I like the drums kicking it up at about :42. Overall a nice upbeat take on the song. Thanks.

Hi Vicente - Is there no end to your talents?! This interpretation of a classic is excellent. With the kids swinging along to this, I am sure it will bring the house down. A very Merry Christmas to you and a most rambunctious Yule! Best Regards Malcolm

Cool rendition. You could even call it a march or a slow polka.

It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas... oh hang on, that's a completely different song! This is great, I love the arrangement and I can just imagine a bunch of kids bopping away to this. Loving all the Christmas music coming along just now. Cheers, Terry.

You can't do a bad Christmas song. I like the way you have it in a "march" or something tempo. I especially can hear the kids doing it. You sound good, but hey, THEY'RE KIDS!! If you get a chance, after the pageant, post it with them. Hey, Christmas is coming and I'm alive, thanks to HIM!
