I've certainly heard of that Festival, a bit too far for me to travel unfortunately!
 
We have something similar just down river at Upton-On-Severn where they hold an annual Jazz Festival - I should be ashamed because it's bloody ages since I went

Some how that doesn't seem right, Alan. Or is it that the police and the magistrate didn't want to have to deal with all the paperwork.  Not right at all. I would be tempted to find my own justice. But that's the American Cowboy in me that's talking.

The more idiocy I hear the more I think I ought to come over and run for PM and set things right. I'd think I couldn't do much worse than Brown.

Really, a few public examples of corporeal punishment would do the trick. I  mean that lad that painted graffiti in Indonesia won't be doing that again will he?

I know I'm a bit too extreme at times. But, these little hoodlums will be more likely to continue their criminal escapades and will probably make a career of it and cost the law abiding citizens even more in the long run. And to think that the 2 quid a month is actually coming out of the publics coffers is just insulting to boot.
