OK - first new Geronimo Cowboy tune in a few years - Los Bajadores. (NEW MIX)

(Mike remixed this - it sounds like the vocals are up to me)

Back in the early 2,000's we recorded two cd's and then quit recording for a few years. Since then, we will put out a tune once every two or three years - I think it's been about three years.

Mike Vlahakis wrote this one, played bass, did the drums and mix and sang. I only played guitar on this one.

Los Bajadores.

This is cool. The vocal needs to be a little more out front in the mix...a bit of trouble understanding the lyrics but I like the vibe.

Vocals really need to come forward.  Otherwise very nice, clean mix and good playing.

Nice work by Mike, and your guitar playing is great, yet again Mark, but I agree with the other guys that, in places, my mind wants the vocals to be a little bit louder, so I can hear what he is saying/singing. Having said that, perhaps this is exactly what Mike wanted, with the more understated vocal style...

This is a really interesting song.  The volume level on the vocal is OK with me unless you really want your words to be understood.  That may not be your goal.  Very creative, Mark!
