It's been interesting to see both the strong preference for the traditional plastic jewel cases and the number of responders who seem to still enjoy CDs.

It has been interesting.

I'm very glad that the folks that designed the last two Beatles collection
didn't use plastic.
Both packages are very nice. Can't think of a plastic case collection that
compares.

I'm assuming you're talking about CD cases for distributing your music... not much preference there, as I do so little of that. What I do use for most all purposes is the case above.  I ran across this style several years ago, and haven't used much else since.  They're very durable under many less-than-favorable conditions and the price is right: US$17 per hundred.


I'm not much for the jewel cases, they are too thick and fragile. I like Spacey's idea of a cardboard sleeve like our old LP's but I have one of these cases that came with some 3D software a while back. It is the best designed and durable case I've ever seen. Not in stores around here. Where are you getting them from Russell?

Here's one that's both and works very nice I think and the
music is bad to the bone.
I fell asleep this afternoon and just awoke...almost missed the book
on the far right..lol not much better taken pic's when awake though.
