OMFI_ERR: Failed a semantic check on input data

OMFI_ERR: Failed a semantic check on input data
this error happens when exporting "some" not all songs as OMF with embedded audio -riff-split to mono

Has anyone the fix for this problem?

It is implied on other threads that it may have to do with fades on tracks?

any way to undo all fades in a file at once?

Thanks

It could be a V-Vocal or audio snapped audio problem. Neither of those are supported I believe with creating an OMF export. Nor is 64 bit files.

I bounced the offending files to clips and it pushed through.
    not an ideal situation
still guessing on fades or some other data issue - not all wavs in the tune did this

Slightly off your point, but OMF in general doesn't seem to be maturing much as time wears on. I'm starting to think it might just die out. I hope it doesn't, or if it does, something better replaces it.

it was fades on a guitar track that held the whole thing up

bounce to clips on tracks with fades - save as OMF then UNDO the bounce to clips - wala -a backup of your pending fades to be addressed in the export audio dialog instead.

hope this doesnt happen to you

got got 9 tunes squeezed out

Out of curiosity, why are you using OMF? I haven't tangled with it for ages, but when I last did, I decided just sending audio files was a better way of sending stuff around.
