OT: Internet Explorer

Simple question . . . On a 64 bit system, is it better to use the 32 bits or the 64 bits version of Internet Explorer?? . . . Is the 64 bits version safer? I know that things like flash player aren't 64 bits so I still need to use the 32 bits one for that . . .
