OT: Komplete 10 Upgrade

Hello,
 
I have just received NI Komplete 10 upgrade. There is no install guides on anything inside apart from HD and activation number.
I have no clue if I am supposed to install this on top of Complete 9's directory or as a complete new product.
Anyone else using it?
Can someone advise?
