    I got this one as an offer recently. Contracts are very light on detail these days

    Album / Artiste: (album name /artiste)

    Rights: Exclusive marketing and distribution
    Territory: Singapore, Malaysia
    Format: CD album and compilation usage
    Projected sales: > xx units
    Terms: 3 years from release plus 6 months sell off
    Advance: xxx
    Special Royalty rate: xx% of PPD (price per dealer)
    Dealer price: S $xx
    Marketing / Promotions: Retail window displays and magazine advertisements
    Release date: January 2009
    Accounting: Biannually plus 90 days, end June, end December
    Please provide us your bank details on your invoice and contract agreement
    Release samples: 3 copies of each album will be provided to licensor

Whereas Licensor’s warrant that it has the full power to enter this agreement and will indemnify Licensee the full cost to any third party claim including legal fees etc….     This agreement shall construe according to the Laws of the Singapore and both parties hereto submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts in Singapore.
