OT: Problem with guitar amp?? (Shakiness) (Hear MICS)

I decided that I would record using my amp finally and not a direct in. I used an SM57, a Rode NT1-a, and a Studio Projects T3 Tube mic. Out of the Three, I like the Rode NT1-a. I used a Mesa Boogie 50/50 poweramp, a mesa cabinet and a digitech 2120 as a preamp. For some reason, the amp is shaking. I haven't really realized this until I recorded and really listened. Does anyone know what the problem could be? (Do I have to retube everything?)

Here are the clips so you can hear the wobbliness
The SM57 is close miked, the Rode is about 3 feet away and the T3 about 6 feet away for those interested in how the mics sound.

I have tried 2 guitars and the problem is the same...

Thanks,
Ryan
