OT: Thanks to Cakewalk support

After having trouble staying logged in to the forum (using Chrome) I called Cake support and got the exact help that I needed.  All is working well now.

Thanks to the support desk.

I think posts like this are always helpful and nice to see.

StudioCat > I use Windows 10 and Sonar Platinum. I have a touch screen.
I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.

I've contacted support a couple times and they were always able to resolve my problem. It wasn't a question of special treatment, but of having a problem and them having a solution. In my experience Waves is another company with good support.

I reported an issue it took 4 weeks for them to get back with an answer , but CW contacted a 3rd party vendor to get a copy of there plugins to test my problem Although cakes development team cannot adresss my issue due to it being a 3rd party issue , I am very happy with how CW handles problems , it might take a little while but they sure look into your complaints .. Fantastic company jus sayin ..
