People who think that BHO isnt raising their taxes have another thing coming. He is letting the Bush cuts expire. They benefited everyone. He is not counting that in his math.
And
If BHO spends another $1 trillion and it comes out of the top 10% of the tax payers. it is not 34-39%. It is a 40-45% increase. It is dramatic.
It is not an issue of spoiled or not. It is an issue of if you succeed, should you be penalized. THat is all.

Sen. Obama is projected to win Ohio and New Mexico (a red state). It also looks like he will win Florida and North Carolina. In modern history no Republican has won the White House without winning Ohio, so it's looking bad for Sen. McCain. Furthermore, with Florida and North Carolina looking like they're leaning toward Sen. Obama, this looks like a win for Sen. Obama and a history making election! In conclusion, Nevada and Colorado looks like they are leaning toward Sen. Obama, and Republicans are losing Senatorial seats that shouldn't be in jeopordy, and it looks like Democrats are even gaining more seats in the House Of Representatives. Wow! It looks like the Bush Administration's unpopularity is causing the Republicans to take hits all around the country!

i dont think its that simple. the bush tax cuts expire 2011. raising taxes in the way youre saying will be an almost guaranteed loss for a 2nd term. as far as penalized, its all relative. besides the payroll tax change, it's the same as clinton.
