350 new programs and over 120 MB of new samples and wavetables.
New programs expand the factory sound set with new Digital and FM sounds, Dimensions, Electric Pianos, Guitars, Leads and Keys, Orchestral sounds, Organs, Real and Synth Basses, Clusters and Harmonies, Splits and Layers, Sweeps, Analog sounds, Pads, Twisted Waveguide patches, and World sounds.
Includes a new emulation of the legendary Hammond B3â„¢ organ. Each component of the original organ, including all drawbar levels, percussion level, keyclick, the rotary speaker, drive, and cabinet simulator were precisely crafted to recreate all characteristics of this legendary instrument.
The pack includes new wavetables, multisamples, and cabinet/speaker simulations

and that's just the expansion pack, I'm not sure if that even helps, as I didn't have Dimension, I went straight from 0 to Dim. Pro.

[Here] is the text file listing the original Dimension programs, and [here] are the Expansion Pack sounds.
I'm not sure that we have the Dimension Pro additions archived.

If B rock doesn't have it wikked, I doubt if the critter exists.

I just got Dim Pro, and am working up a complete list of programs, multisamples and elements (generated from the file listings with a bit of geekery). I have the Expansion Pack sounds separated from the core Dim Pro sounds.
I'll put it up on the wiki when I'm done, and post a note here when it's ready.

Duojet asked about 'the decision to go pro'. I'm finally getting back to doing some music after a year of chaos, and found some very appealing sounds in the non-Pro Dimension this past weekend (well, duh ... anybody shocked at that? Thought not...). I'm also putting together a laptop-based rig, and DimPro fits there better than trying to put Atmosphere + Trilogy + Komplete 3 all on the laptop (smaller HD footprint, 'plays nice' with Sonar/P5, reduces the number of plugins (and GUIs) I need to juggle....)... so I'm keeping most of my current plugins on my main DAW. Plus, I really appreciate the community that's built up around DimPro (and Rapture, but I'm not there yet) Youse guys are just NIcer.....

More simply: sounds great, clean GUI, mostly great presets, lots of programming depth, covers lots of bases. Great support, great users. As a $99 upgrade -- a no-brainer.

I'm of a similer mind set. Dpro/Rapture make a great team. They are well thought out with the added plus of the sfzformat. Hard to beat IMHO. Way hard to beat.

There's an in-progress draft of the Dimension Pro program list up on the wiki now: http://p5.sonarama.com/p5/index.php/User:JimWright/DimProPrograms

For now, I'm building the pages in a separate "user area", per Wikipedia guidelines.
Once the full program list is done, I'll move the pages into the regular P5 wiki area and link them to the main Dimension Pro page (http://p5.sonarama.com/p5/index.php/Dimension_Pro).

Please feel free to suggest any changes you think might make the program list more useful, or easier to read.

I'll post another note when I have another chunk of pages done. Gotta tend to my day gig now....

Nice work, Jim. It's good to see more people get involved in the Wiki references. The program listings are one of the areas that crops up every so often, so it's great to have pages to point to. And you never know how many people happen to stumble across the info and find it useful.

Thanks, Tom. I'm glad there's something I can help with (and that I finally have time again to do more than lurk).

Some of the categories (e.g. Pianos, Electric pianos) are kind of short.
What do you think about consolidating the shorter pages? For example, Pianos and Electric Pianos could be merged into single wiki page, with a page name like "10, 11 - Acoustic and Electric Pianos"

It's difficult to say what the majority of people would find most useful, and difficult to predict what might be coming next in the form of an update. I took the easy way out with screenshots (I aspire to be a terrible typist). I say go with what works best for you, considering that the pages are easily editable later on. The categories as they mirror the Program Browser might be the clearest method for the end-user.

The screenshots are nice (much appreciated!), but I wanted something I could print out without spending my gear budget on ink. Also - text is searchable; screenshots are not.

It's not that much typing --- I generated folder listings for everything, use Excel to get the columns how I want them, and use some programmer-editor macros to generate most of the wiki page markup. It took a while last night to figure out how to put together something that would look semi-ok in "P5 wiki page format" -- I use a different flavor wiki at work (MoinMoin), and the P5 wiki does some stuff better, some worse, some just different.

I will probably generate a small-print PDF cheatsheet also, and post that on the wiki. I'm addicted to having printable reference materials (with apologies to all the trees I've killed along the way), and there's way too much good stuff in DimPro for me to remember it all. (With these brain cells -- you gotta be kidding!)

OK, the complete program list is up on the P5 wiki now.
    Direct link: http://p5.sonarama.com/p5/index.php/Dimension_Pro_Programs

The Expansion Pack 1 programs are listed in 'raw text dump' format, but aren't broken out to separate per-category pages like the base DimPro program set. Maybe later..... You can also use the screenshots of Expansion Pack 1 programs that b rock has wiki'ed: they're located at http://p5.sonarama.com/p5/index.php/Dimension_Pro_Expansion_Pack_1.

    Enjoy!
