Odd vocal thing . . . aside from my singing.
If this is asked elsewhere, I apologize. I just have no idea how to search for this.
The situation is that when I record my vocals to the mic track, there seems to be some bleed into the other tracks, and it causes a terrible tinny sound to appear. If I "mute" all of the other tracks I can hear the bleed and tinny sound. Then if I hit the vocals to "solo" all of the noise goes away and I am left with a beautiful crystal clear recording. What setting do I need to flip? Anybody else encounter this? I don't think it is my sound card, mic, pre-amp, or anything, as there is a crystal clear track recorded. Obviously there is something wonky in my MC5 settings.
