This is your best vocal production, in my opinion... Love the piano and synth work too... not my favorite guitar solo from you, not wild about the lead guitar tone either... I know you can do better on that... but the overall production is brilliant...
you'll probably be criticized for the Melodyne effect, but I love the tasteful way you used it...
I believe this could be a huge hit...

Thanks Frank. Of course it could be a huge hit if I had the money, power, and connections to adequately brainwash the people that it is.

    Melodyne? What melodyne??

You wanna fix the guitars? That's all I got.

    thanks Frank. I appreciate it.

I know that's not all you got... you are
an awesome player,,, I just think you can do better on this solo...
yes... I'd love to play on this track... but it wouldn't be any better... just different...

btw... the drum arrangement is killer too...

I really enjoyed this one, Tim.  The synth at the beginning was right on, and your vocal was so well done!  I did like the tone of your guitar and the solo, but both you and Frank are so good that it's amazing to watch you two quibble about this.  This is one of those songs that could do well in the mass market, and one that most songwriter would be proud to have written.  You're awesome.

    All the best,

Hi Marcus  Thanks for listening and liking.

Hey pogue. Thanks. Sorry about the ear thing..:)

Thanks Lynn. LOL. Frank IS da man. Were we quibbling:)
    You're awesome buddy....

    Thanks Mr. Starise. Appreciate it.

Hey Wook. Thanks man. (2 times)

    Thanks jonas. Glad you liked.

Thanks Frank. Appreciate it. I could maybe possibly do better I guess.
I think I hate doing guit solos (to tape) as much as you hate headphones:)
And, Most of what I do is to just fill in the sonic landscape as needed. As far as I can tell, It's filled...... I'm out of town right now. But, when I get back I can send you the track sans guit if you wanna have a go at it..

    nice mellow groovy vibe.....
i dig the staccato crunch rhythm guitar thing.
reminds me a bit of owl city, but i like this better.

    i like the solo.
it's slippery, and mellow, kind of like the synth line that threads thru the song

i like that you rolled the high end off the guitar solo that it can still be there, but under the vocals

    great tune.
one of the best i've heard from you. arrangement is dialed in.

Trust Tim to figure out a way to use auto-tune in a tastefull way.
My only nit is there is what sounds like a distorted guitar stab(done on a synth) that sounds off key with the melody.
If this was intended then no problem, but it did catch my ears as sounding odd or off to what I would expect.
I really do like the catchiness to the tune. I could hear Lionel Ritchie doing this song.
