Ok I Will Update Now!!!
Ok it looks like Sonar, Cakewalk and Roland are starting to listen, the expansion pack has got me and I want it. For me the notation aspect is what I really want and the Softtube saturation knob.
Also I don't know if anyone else has seen this:
http://www.rolandconnect.com/product.php?p=r-mix this looks awsome and for those Ifool users it can be used on the the IFool, now where is the android app??
Now if only they could give us a leagcy veiw???
Finally I noticed Seth, closed down a thread early about that vey subject, a classic veiw, Seth it was not nesaccery, the guy was a perhaps a troll, maybe but he had a legitimate beef and over the months since this X1 debacle started a lot of people have been saying the same thing. I will also say that equally there have been quite a few happy customers but my belief is we need to allow the discourse to continue even if it does end up in a slanging match.
When you start to moderate a converstaion that in my opinion hadn't ended up in a slanging match, it does smack of censorship, IMHO, you've done it to quite a few of us. I was going to reply to that conversation and say hey look we feel this persons pain and a lot of do but the debate is over, you've gone your way and I was going to go mine but kudos to you and the crew, when I saw the announcements over on twitter and over here, I was great, perhaps you are listening.
I certinly am starting to look forward to the next installment, I was gone out of here and you have won back me back as a customer.
Although I do believe we need at least three DAW's to have all the tools a composer needs but if you can implement VST 3, indivdual note editing for midi and some "Live" features you just might be able to do with one workstation.
Good Work Peace Ben
