bitflipper Catch ya later, Bub. Just leave your credit card and we'll take care of your share of the bar tab for you. You had the nachos, right? Mmm. Nacho's. I lost my CC at a bar one night. The entire bar had one hell of a good time on my dime. It came to like $500 and change. That was the night I went through a bottle and a half of Crown, by myself. That nights a bit fuzzy, but I'm ok now. I think. I remember handing my CC to this beautiful young lady and telling her I'd buy her a car for just one kiss. And she refused! LOL! Ey yi yi. The things we do for love.

sharke Yeah the goings on in this forum are pretty tame compared to a lot of other places online. I mean it's not like Craigslist where people have gotten murdered. Yeah I'll second that. Some of the now defunct bike forums I've been on have resulted in fisty cuffs at track days and other such dramas. I remember one track day there was a couple of guys trying to run each other off track. Feckin' scary and dangerous at track speeds, all from some nonsense on a forum....

You just never know how capable some of these people are as well. A few years ago I got into a spat with someone on a forum. Out of the blue he refers to me by my Windows user account name, which at the time was pretty much unguessable. I have no idea how he got that info, but he did and it freaked the vajazzles off of me.

I always assume that once I've registered on a forum, my name detailse etc. are pretty much out there. I'm even using my real name on youtube now, there's no point trying to "hide" an identity, that wagon left town a long while ago.
