Okay I need help organizing! I'm totally lost where to start.

Okay I need help organizing! I'm totally lost where to start on a song. Or what to write 1st or if I should began to write one.
I've been playing piano sense tenth grade and played lot songs with my old teacher. Than got new teacher
Here some things I accomplish with him Fur Elise, E major arrangement I wrote, A 32 bar theme in E flat " I wrote"
and 8 bar theme I wrote in b minor with 10 variations 
 
And sense last year when I started classical music I've wrote 5 more themes "plus the ones on top" bunch small ideas and doing some variations.
I'm trying start off with one of my themes and do sonata but my mine gets distracted with other themes.
Than I get frustrated because I lose focus but maybe some one can help me where and how to start like should I go back do some variations
or try write song or what???
