Omnisphere and 8.5.1?

Did anyone get Omnisphere working in the 8.5.1 update?  Does the jbridge work on that 32bit plugin?

Yes, Omnisphere is working fine with 8.5, slightly better than with 8.3.1.
You don't need jbridge, bitbridge works fine with Omnisphere.

But my Ethno Instrument is still dead with no chance of recovery. Thanks CW for a really screwy update!

P.S. 8.5 will screw with your Omnisphere installation and you'll have to re-authorize it.

Okay,  maybe I'm not sure how the bitbidge works.  As far as I knew I had to install the 32bit Omisphere's interface in the Programsx86 folder.  That would enable the bitbridge.  If I'm wrong someone please tell me how to make the bitbridge work so I can actually use Omnisphere.

Omnisphere open much faster in 8.5.1 compare to 8.3.1.

CDsymphony.. I will help you out my friend! =)

    1. You make a new map in "Programsx86 folder" and call it "VST32bit"
    2. Inside the "VST32bit"-map you place all you VST:s-32 you want to bridge.
    3. Make a new Map in "VST32bit"-map and call it "Omnisphere"
    4. Copy the Omnsiphere.dll to that map..
    5. If you have more plugins you want to bridge add maps and copy the xxx.dll files
    6. Launch SONAR 8.5.1 64bit
    7. In SONAR we need to tell SONAR to find the plugins we want to bridge!: Go to---> Tools ---> Cakewalk Plugin manager
    8. Inside Cakewalk Plugin manager got to ----> "VST configuration" and add the new location: C: Programsx86-folder/VST32bit/ we created..
    9. If SONAR not rescan by it self close, SONAR and re-launch it again. You will now notice that SONAR found Omnisphere... ready for use in SONAR 8.5.1 64bit...

    Good Luck!
    Regards

Bitbridge works automatically, you don't have to worry about a thing.

Actually I'm using 8.3.1 I'm not sure that I'm going to update to 8.5.  I've been trying to get it to work in 8.3.1 but no go.  Maybe I should take the leap of faith
