Omnisphere audio issues

I am a new Omnisphere user (latest version 1.5) and I love it. However I went to export my first project using it and I have snaps & crackles in the audio. I went to the spectrasonics support knowledge base and turned off the X-Ray option and adjusted my latency, and buffer sizes as suggested, no limits on samples and have even tried streaming on/off but with no results. Everything runs smooth and fast up to the audio. Any other suggestions/work-around to prevent this? without a fix this is a useless plug-in. I have also tried audio with a single track instance of omnisphere with same results, so I know this is the problem. Below are my specs. Thanks in advance

Specs:
Sonar X1d producer expanded build 535 - 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium SP1
HP 520-1050
Intel Core i5-2400S @2.50GHz
6 GB RAM
64 bit OS

Hard Drive speed 7200
Steam engine and library housed in main HD

Hmmmm... only suggestion I can give is to put the STEAM folder on a different drive. If you have one avalable it could be worth to try

Bit odd. If it was the plug-in you'd expect the noises to be present in the midi but it seems to only be there when you convert to audio? Must be somewhere in that process?

    Try slow bounce.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

Alright so here is how I fixed the issue when exporting audio - unchecked fast bounce, checked the live input, under the bounce settings source category I selected the omnisphere tracks. I also moved my STEAM folder from my main hard drive to my external one. I also changed the audio driver I was using. Apparently I was using MME, not ASIO. However, once ASIO was set I still had to adjust latency to get the crackling sound to go away. Happy this is fixed now. Many thanks to all of you for your input and wisdom.
