Omniverse II - Pluginguru

John 'Skippy' Lehmkuhl over at pluginguru.com has released a new set of patches for Omnisphere. These are very good for dark ambient, electronic, film or just to add that Epicness to your track. I had the pleasure of putting together one of the demos and linked it below. The tune and other bits are by me, John added the bass and drums and one or bits of FX to add that extra bit of something. Before anyone asks all patches are from the library including the piano. Drums are from his megamacho sample set.

Nice sounds, nice demo. Is it just the drums that's not from the library?

I'm always more impressed when a demo consists entirely of the product being demonstrated, with no added sounds or effects. Cool to hear a decent piano coming out of Omnisphere.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

Yes, just the drums that don't belong to the library. All the other sounds you hear are in Omniverse II, for example the drone that you hear below the opening piano is just one patch and is effected by the use of the modulation wheel.
