Nice little pop-ish number Nigel, did wonder if a breakdown or perhaps a lead/instrument break might not have proved the icing on the cake. Thanks for sharing.

Really good song Nigel and very nicely produced.....her vocals are top notch/excellent voice. Easy to imagine this track being played on the radio. I Enjoyed it!!!

That's a nifty upbeat number. She does have a nice voice, and the views of the Cape were lots of fun. I also enjoyed the gear porn show-off of your studio tour! Very tasty stuff there!
If you live in South Africa, I wonder what the music scene is like there - what hope do you have of record contracts/ bigger gigs? Just curious.

Guys - thanks for the great comments - much appreciated.
In South Africa we have a pretty good "live" scene, but like elsewhere contracts seem to go to far more Youth orientated acts!! We do have access to larger gigs but most Stadium sort of stuff seems to be exclusive to overseas acts.

Cool tune,nice video,the young girl is full of energy .
You made a good job and it could put in one ´s mind the idea to go and spend some time in your country.
Maybe a contact with a tourism office should give you incomes.
I can see that there is a try to " be attractive to the audience "in your work.
Well music is a difficult business.... But it is somewhat a way to say things and sometimes,it is an art.
Don't know what to say, sorry sorry ( please don't get it as an offense) but maybe you should go toward something clearly commercial ( sexy lady ,basic " magical chord progression" ) or toward something more personnal,because I hear and see both sides in your work but I do not know where to sit...
Again sorry.
( tourism office should be a client though-:) )

( also just a little lack of synchronisation when your singer is upfront in the screen..but this should not be a problem.)

Oliver, we did write this as a bit of a homage to Cape Town and believe me it is a place well worth visiting if you ever get a chance! It was a bit of a departure for us (being almost deliberately commercial!)
