Has it ever occured to you that there are people that may read this that might be glad of being able to do so much work ? Have you not considered the fact that you may be offending people who have been sitting around for months or even years on end wishing that they even had a job ? I can't believe that anyone could be so selfish as to post such a view.

You just made me calculate what I'm currently making per hour.  It comes out to about $3...

But I guess that's better than just sitting on my butt watching TV while getting a check from the government, ya?

I find your use of the word blushing very offensive. There is nothing wrong with red skin.
You should be banned from the forum and pay more taxes.
My mother's brother on my Uncles side once knew a man that had a friend who said he knew an American Indian.
You should be proud of your heritage. Or, if that doesn't work, somebody else's heritage.

God I miss this place.
Going to have to find a job that requires a PC so I can spend more quality time here.
This working, commuting, shower, eat then sleep crap is getting old quick.

I need a vacation. Hell, I haven't even fired up the new DAW in about 2 months.
Finally got to build it........would love to use it sometime.

Oh wait, I am one.  And I'm not getting a vacation either (unless you count this 23 minutes of sneaking on the forum again.)  But I had a few minutes of fun this summer.  Hope to have a few more in the next few months.  And I only hope my DAW still works!

Some of the (non) texts in this thread are just too taxing to ye olde taxed out, over taxed, taxed brain.  Perhaps there is such a thing as a brain tax-i?

IIRC there is a new tax to be paid each time the "PC" (non-computer related) word is used.  Undoubtedly it is some form syn-tax tax.

Then there is the thumbtacks tax, and the study of taxidermy (undoubtedly has to do with how to create new taxes, or something like that).  And, I am sure at some point there will be a track tax related to the number of tracks in a given music project.

My wife doesn't get a vacation...we're just working, working, working...

That may not have come out right.

I could be wrong.

It's easily dealt with though, just take two weeks worth of what she earns and treat yourself to a solo break.

That's the trouble with some husbands they don't realise how loving their wives are and she's working those extra days just for this very reason.

Don't be selfish and thoughtless make sure you take the hint, send her a post card of you pictured with a scantily clad beach babe while you are away to show her that you are still a 'catch' and make sure you bring her back one of the cheapest, most garish, touristy gifts from the resort to show her that you've been sensible with her money.

Trust me, I didn't get married twice without learning a thing or two about wives...
