One Copy (disk) of Dimension Pro 1.5 Won't Register [Solved]

Hi...
 
I know we all get problems (occassionaly) with entering serial numbers and registration codes, but this one has me stumped... As it's Saturday I'm guessing contacting the store won't be possible until Monday... <sigh>...
 
I'm using the disk install of Dimenstion Pro 1.5 that came with Sonar X2 (older machine)... As I had some issues I needed to re-install this. So I uninstalled and cleaned the registry... then did a new install. I gave the serial number that I got (email copy) from Cakewalk as well as the registration number... and allowing for possibilities (do they ever use a letter O instead of a 0 (zero)? ...Is that a number 8 or a letter B? etc....
 
I know to include the "-" between each registration 4 characters and the spelling/copying has been exact (copy paste from email) yet I continually get "Illegal Registration" (or whatever the exact refusal wording is) and told to retry or contact......
 
Any ideas what I might try?

Remember to run the standalone DimPro as administrator to register

But You meant Administrator, not supervisor... ;-)
