Excellent fiddling Scotty! I remember this from a few year ago. Makes me think about the connection between Celtic music and bluegrass/mountain music. I like the massed fiddles for the Native American theme.

That was interestingly good - I've never heard any other song like that - an interesting combination of musical styles.

    Thank you synkrotron.
I started by recording the melody fiddle, then I played it again beside the first one for a doubling effect. I then jumped over to the piano and recorded the piano lines. I then jumped over to bass and recorded the bass lines. After that, I went back and added a harmony fiddle track. Once that was done I recorded four tracks of electric guitar parts. The drummer came over the next day and recorded some tracks of his drum kit. A friend of a friend was visiting from Ireland and she offered to play the bodhran on it as well. That about sums it up!

Absolutely phenomenal, Scotty!  The 13% of Cherokee in me was bouncing on the chair.  Always great to hear you fiddlin' around!

Super fiddlin' and neat how each musical style supports the other.
As a marketing challenge, blend in 1/3 hip hop, then you're all set  :)

    cheers,

Absolutely fantastic, Scotty!  Very cool "modernized" Native American vibe and it's always great to hear your spectacular fiddling skills.

The mix sounds wide, warm and full sounding.

Excellent work, and have a Happy Thanksgiving, buddy!
