One potentially interesting book...

Bob Daisley's autobiography, For Facts Sake, is finally out.

I've been revisiting the Ozzman's discography recently and reading about past band members and how they were repeatedly taken advantage of and I ended up on Daisley's web site. The man has interesting stories to tell. I've also learned that Jake E Lee lives here in Vegas and is working on a new album. Pretty cool. :)

Unfortunately, the shipping from the UK makes it a bit too expensive for my taste - almost $60 I think. So I'm guessing that Sharon didn't order her copy either. She'd probably cross out Daisley's name, replace it w/ Ozzy's and make $ out of that too...

So far, the only option is hard copy, unfortunately. That is exactly the kind of book I actually prefer to read on my laptop using Kindle app.

I just read a funny, crazy book. "The Sisters Brothers"... it is worth the time to read. I am always looking for a good read.

Me I'm right in the middle of I Am Ozzy. Before that, it was Iron Man (Tony Iommi's biography). As you can see, there's a certain continuity in which Daisley's book would certainly fit. Or Randy Rhoads' bio - but that one's even more expensive: $99. Some serious money for some trivial readings.
