Online session singers?

Couldn't think of anywhere better to post this.

My newly formed band has split after a grand total of four days - "artistic differences" . However, myself and the guitarist are going to try and continue to write some stuff and maybe try recruiting new band mates later.

We were wondering if anyone knew of any session singers who can record their own lines and e-mail it over? I'd expect to be sending the approximate "backing" track, lyrics, rough vocal or line on a piano (or something) and a wad of cash.

The kind of person we're looking for is female, with quite a rock tone (read: a charming screaming voice) and most importantly, isn't very picky as to the work she does. Since what we're writing right now is either sh1t, incomplete or (more commonly) both.

We're only after guide vocals really and before you suggest it - nothing could be worse than either of us singing so doing our own is a no-no.

Any ideas?

Its a really interesting idea but some things are best to do in person.

I totally agree - but in the absence of someone who can sing in key (let alone make it sound good and fit the track) then we're looking at other options.

Thanks Frank - I'll take a look at that site. Much appreciated.

I'd be willing to try, but I'm not a female (and don't play one on TV).
    I just got Cakewalk.
I'm a songwriter and I have so many ideas for songs that it would take
me way too long to produce my own ideas, but less long to just sing some
    tracks on your project.
If you're interested and want to try it out I'll give you my private email
address and we can take it from there.

Just took a look at your site Dave - I'll bookmark it for when the inevitable falling out with the guitar player happens.
