    Chicago invented a Blurry SUV? Were they going for stealth technology but came up blurry instead?

    It was going to be a stealth cheesy beef sandwich.  City Hall got involved.  Some of us were distracted by a deep dish sausage pizza.  Actually, several pizzas.  There were discussions with various Aldermen and unions.  Overall, the project was a huge success.

    You never even noticed the cheesy beef sandwich cleverly concealed within the blurry SUV, did you?

    That's how we do things in Chicago.
