There was a comment on that update in the "Win10 Forced Updates" thread. IIRC, the article mentioned a registry edit required to get out of the "do loop" it creates.

Edit: This was the link to the associated MS article.

What happens if you click OK?
Is there any other error message and is that the complete error message?

When I click ok, no errors, no restart, no message. No nada.

BTW, The "only" in the title is meant to imply that I do NOT get this on my Win 10 Pro upgrade.

There is mention of this problem related to Hotkey, a utility supplied with a lot of laptops, and possibly installed without your knowing about it. Usually that error message includes "make sure all driver is installed." Have you tried starting the system in safe mode?

I have a utility called SharpKey installed on that lappy to disable the caps lock key.

I have not booted in Safe Mode yet. Other than that message/dialog everything seems to be working ok.

    It's a taunting feature of Win 10.

In layman terms, Microsoft is saying to avoid this: 'Need to upgrade to Pro or Enterprise'.

    Maybe...

I's not crashing nor does it actually reboot if I click OK.

Seems like a useless dialog box (so far).
