Orange Tree Samples is excited to announce that we have been acquired by Facebook!
Facebook has wanted to be involved with the sample library industry for quite some time, and we're thrilled to incorporate their social aspects into our products.
We have several new services to roll out in the upcoming months, notably a Facebook app for managing your Orange Tree Samples product licenses. The app will allow you to download and update the libraries you own, all hosted on Facebook's blazingly fast data servers. It also will keep your friends up to date by posting your latest sample library activity--all automatically!

That was a good one. I can see why it didn't catch on: it's got a knob AND a slider. Too complicated to be the next Waves special of the month.
But hey, bribe some big-name producer to put his name on it and it could still be a hit. It doesn't actually have to do anything - just convince the rubes that it takes golden ears to hear the effect.
All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to. My Stuff
