Orchestra scores...

..anyone know where to buy them online? I just watched Man From Snowy River for the umpteenth time and I still think it's still some of the best music ever written. (and by the looks of his awards, I'm not alone.) But, I wondered if the scores to some of those songs are available anywhere. I figured I could learn a bit just by looking at them.

    I agree -- it's an excellent work.

Bruce Rowland (the composer) is a real gent, and would now doubt enjoy a bit of fan mail, and as well let you know how to get a copy of his score. You'll find his contact info online without too much trouble, but if you're lost, send me a PM.

Thank you! I googled Bruce Rowland instead of Man From Snowy River, and there was an address to order the sheet music, so we'll see how that goes.

Just want to point out that you usually won't find anything that hasn't been published - and movie scores quite often is not. However, there are many people making Midi files of movie scores and post them on the net. So good luck searching. Reading music is always good learning.

But I want to compliment on your music, Janet. Sounds really nice! I love that kind of stuff! Good work and I'll keep checking back to your Soundclick page. Thanks for sharing
