Order of operations: phase alignment then quantize or vise versa?

Okay. I like Melodyne studio's quantize on my live drums.
Phase issues are not obvious but I thought I'd use my Radix phase align and see what I see (hear what i hear).
 
What would be the  order of operations:  phase alignment first and then quantize....or quantize and then  phase align?
