Original Contour Shuttle Pro won't show up in "Midi/Devices"

I have the latest Win 10 driver installed, and I got it to work with Sonar when I first installed it, but since then it is back to not controlling anything in Sonar Plat.  It works with Sony Vegas though.  Any ideas?
