Out for a few hours of suffering...
Leaving in a moment to have this bad boy completed... Having needles stuck so near the armpit can make you want to travel to some sort of inner sanctum. But when they reach the plexus you realize that the armpit was fun. Tracing was already pretty intense - filling is twice as much. As you can see there's a lot of work left to do in each of those sensitive regions as well as over areas where there isn't much between the skin and the bone.. Whoever thought it looked tough and hardcore to have a tattoo on their arm should give this one a try.

If you enjoy pain so much I can provide a special one off service of limb rendering and soggy end bashing for a very small fee. Or as old said Ouch.

Not that I enjoy pain all that much, but I think it's worth it. Plus my wife LOVES it. ;) I call this one Fight Back, so enduring the pain is part of the game. Though the snake (the painful part) was the artist's idea. He's had the same regions tattooed recently, so I think he's taking it out on me.

The guy did an amazing job. Now I'm all swollen, and bloody, and wrapped in plastic and I almost feel like Bruce Lee used my as a sparring partner and didn't really hold it back on all the punches. But I'll have a pic later this week, once we're in Vegas. :)

Oh well, I needed to clean it up and the family in friends wanted to see, so here it is Mike. There shouldn't be any red in there, but I'm bleeding like a pig and bruised, so anything red should actually be shades of grey. The crow had a few touch-ups so some lines look a bit thick and dark right now, but it's mostly blood. Strangely enough, the first question people ask around here is "what did you take/what were you on to block out the pain". :s Is this really what people do? I've earned that darned thing one drop of ink at a time. (ok, I had an Advil for my stress related headache before I went in...)

I have one right about where the lowest part of the snake and the wing fall. Yeah. Ow. But mine is much smaller. And a bit more girl-y. Yours is much cooler. :)

I am guessing that it is because he can, it is his skin and he can do as he pleases. Personally I find them interesting artworks but would never have one done. Mostly pointless in my case no one would see through the fur.

I've earned that darned thing one drop of ink at a time. As you should. That's part of the process. I've never known anyone that tried to dull the pain and I don't think there's anything out there that could. Sweet. He does nice work. I'm in the works of having the rest of my sleeve drawn up now. It's the fun part on the inside of the bicep from the elbow up to the arm pit. Mike

Mike Let me see when you get it done. :) My wife has had one done on the back of her arm, just abouve the elbow, going on the way in to the bicep. Apparently, it does sting a little, indeed. ;)
