Output Session Drummer to multiple tracks

I would like to freeze my Session Drummer track, but I want each drum to be on its own track so that I can manipulate effects per drum. When I Freeze the track, it just gives me one track. I know that I can check the option to freeze separate Midi clips into separate audio clips, but I'm going to have to drag clips to new tracks then. How can I just freeze it into multiple tracks? Or if I can't, what should I have done differently in the first place?

To add extra audio tracks to an existing instance of Session Drummer,
    • Insert a stereo track
    • Assign the track input to one of the Session Drummer stereo outputs starting with "Session Drummer 3/Session Drummer 4 Out Stereo"
    • Repeat 10 more times (or less if fewer channels are required) assigning each track a unique Session Drummer stereo output.
    • Open the mixer section of Session Drummer. At the bottom of each channel strip is a drop down for assigning the instrument to one of the 12 stereo outputs just added.
In the future, consider using one of the pre-made track templates for multi-output Session Drummer supplied with SONAR.

The easiest way is to insert SD with All outputs.
If you didn't do that, you can insert audio tracks, and assign the SD outputs to them.
Set each drum to a different output. One MIDI track is sufficient. What you want is separate audio outputs.
Unless you are experiencing CPU issues, it is not really necessary to freeze SD.
