Outputs get changed in X1

Hi all:
I have 3 Delta 1010s, and the outputs of my first soundcard are changed to the third soundcard everytime I reopen the project.
The outputs of the second soundcard are good, they are not changed.
I remember that we had this thread before, and there was an answer from a CW staff, but I can't seem to find it in this forum or in 8.5.
It happened to me after the latest update, X1 D.
I have reshuffle all the PCI cards, redid AUD.INI to no avail.
thanks
dan le

This happens to me everytime my interface (VS-700) reboots (due to power glitch or whatever).  I have to change every in and out in every project.  GRRRR

seems to be the price we pay for using multiple sound devices.
i imagine if it wasnt possible to use more then one device at a time and they released a way for us to be able to use 3 at a time but the catch was...we would have to reset them after each use...
we would be estatic and delighted..lol

chuckebaby, Comments may be applicable for Dan, but I have a single audio device and one that was supposedly designed around Sonar, and I have this issue all the time.  Quite frustrating.

Thank you guys for chiming in.

The thing is it has been working fine up until just recently.
    Something has changed.
But like I said, there was a thread about how to fix it.  But I can't find it.

    Anyone?

    thanks

It might be worth having a look at your timing master in Prefs-->Driver settings and make sure they're set to the first one.

I don't know whether that is of any relevance but checking can't harm.

Thanks FBB and it is not that either.
I called CW this morning and no solution either.
They suggested that I redo my soundcard driver.
I will do that when X2 comes out.
    Thanks everyone for helping.
