Overall preset manager

It would be great to have a place to store your favourite presets and to quickly find others. 
option 1: expand Cakewalk Sound Center to include non-cakewalk plugins
option 2: integrate (free) Big Tick Zen (see bottom of page: http://www.bigtickaudio.com/zen/about-zen)
