Overloud REmatrix - Full Version Upgrade from REmatrix Solo

I'm about to go for the Overloud REmatrix - Full Version Upgrade from REmatrix Solo ... Cake and Overloud stores show almost identical prices, but I could buy @ Cake as business customer w/VAT number (Overloud does not allow this???) ...
 
Anyway, when buying from Cake store will the purhase be registered with Overloud (or can I manually register it) to qualify for updates and to be allowed to purchase the REmatrix expansion library (which is exclusive to REmatrix owners registered @ Overloud)?

    You have to create an Overloud account and register it with them after you purchase from Cakewalk. That's what I did.
